IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — tax evasion and fraud practices

Dear authorities, i took one motor insurance policy ref. 89830181 from iffco tokio for which i have been requesting them to issue me evidence for tax submitted to the govt. Authorities. However, there is no response from their side. Further there is data mismatch in renewal policy ref. M2804075 and old policy ref. 89830181. This is highly improbable in server based renewal system and i doubt that this may be a case of tax theft and wrongful fraud practices carried out by few corrupt persons. I am communicating with their vice president mr. Arun pandey, however there is no positive response. I need your support to further guide legal process to move this case further.
