Ifix is dependable in getting the issues fixed! Unlike other service centers that can only fix screen and battery issues, ifix can also work on the pcb/motherboard and i would say all components. They are really good at fixing it. However, the service is terrible!!! The person i dealt with biju was extremely courteous and friendly and did all he could and even more to help me. But, there was lack of coordination, less transparency, no intimation or updates. I had to phone them from time to time when etas were not met and exceeded over and over again. I even reached out to their chat support who promptly took my details and gave me an update and said it was being prioritized, but then no follow up by her and no further updates till i called them.
I agreed to a client meeting based on their eta, and they did not inform me about the delay and was sure about delivering it on the said day and time. I had to go to the meeting without my macbook pro!

Then they promised to deliver the device the next day at 4 pm. I called in the morning next day and they confirmed only test run is pending and it will be delivered at 4 pm. Again no update, nothing! I called them at 4 and was told that their person is in koramangala and will update me when he reaches kamanahalli store which is where i had given my mbp for service. I phoned at several intervals and each time i was told that the person is at indiranagar, byappanahalli etc. It was past 8 and i decided to go to the store. It was still not there and finally i was told that due to rain, the delivery person was not able to deliver it and that i will get it the next day!!! I mean seriously!!?? They should have told me this before! I would have personally gone and picked it up myself cuz i needed the laptop urgently! And forget about standby device! It's just a gimmick and they dont intend to keep standby devices, they dont have it! False promises all the way through!! I was down for 4 days and no standy device! Nada! All this happened in spite of me repeatedly telling them that the device is required urgently and is my work laptop! They don't really pay attention to it!

Now comes what infuriates me even more! I specifically told them make sure there are no scratches on my mbp! There was none when i gave it to them! Like zero! I was so disheartened to find more than one scratch on the laptop's lcd backpanel. How can they ever do this and be so reckless!!??? It's a frigging brand new macbook pro! They should have taken better care of my laptop! There is absolutely no excuse to what they have done! When they ship it to another center of theirs, it is their responsibility to wrap the device securely to avoid any cosmetic damages!!! I want my laptop to look the same way i gave it to you guys!!! Not any different! If you scracthed it, fix it!!!
