Hi sir, on 28-july-2015, I m waiting (at marathahlli market bus stop, towards marathahalli) for bus to office around 7:45PM, sudenly a group of hijras ( 6 members) came and pull out my wallet and tried robbering my gold chain, however I have tried knocking them but they have ran with 900 rupees from my wallet. This so rude and no one helped me. Im helpless in this society and want to take action against Hijras. Please guide me how to take action against them? Email: [protected]@gmail.com

Hi, I have work with igate.com siruseri from past 3 years .. I never seen b4 any manager like murugaraj (Manager) and senthil.. they are like barbarians .. Always telling to do a job even holidays also ... maximum 12 hours to 14 hours we are working there.. no benefit we got.. we have problem with our body and mind ,... so dont join igate siruseri there .. he is a stupid guy... but he is taking leave and enjoy with his family but he cant tolerate any one taking leave .. he wont allow any one njoy with his family... I joined the Patni computers on Sep 2010 and was working. I went on maternity leaves from September 2011 to December 2011, after that I have joined company back in December 2011 but was not able to sit due to severe backache. I have taken medical leaves till March 2012. I have emailed To (Noida HR) regarding this and also send medical letter.
On 11 April 2012 I have resigned and email to HR regarding my resignation formalities. But no one replied.

On 18th April2012 I have again send reminder mail for resignation formalities. Again on one replied..
Got email on 13 July 2012 from Bangalore HR regarding F&F settlement.
I have arranged notice period recovery amount anyhow and transferred to Patni Account.HR said you will get relieving letter after F&F settlement.

Now they provided me termination letter on the grounds of absconding in place of experience letter. I have not received any email, not any show cause notice.

At least, they should follow process, give employee one chance to explain her. Without any notice how can they terminate me? When I have informed everything.

Also no one replying to the mails and somehow when i tried to contact the person through phone ,no one is taking responsibility. Everyone is saying you need to contact right person . Now who will tell me right person whom do i explain my issue.

Please let me know what action I can take from here.

I was working with Patni Computer Systems (now called iGate Patni). I resigned in 2006. Since 2 month i am following up with the Patni HR department which is in turn following with other department for providing the number . I also talked with the company who was managing the Payroll in 2006. They also said to contact HR dept. I already contacted them several times but no luck
This is really frustrating that just to provide a PF number the CMM level 5 companies like Patni take so much time .

My PF Amount transfer initiated in July 2011 from Account KN/BN/18453/2980 has not happened. Enquires result in asking me to check with KR Puram PF office and try to get the cheque details and Annexure K copy. I am not in a position to travel to Bangalore currently.Kindly help me with this. I applied for transferring my PF to my new organization which is located in chennai... I have not received any update on the same and i am unable to track. When i try to check my PF status, it shows the PF number is not valid. i have the same PF number in all my pay slip. I was working for same organization for more than two and half year. please help me to proceed on the same...

We are one of the many vendors for Igate Patni. These guys never give the feedback for any candidates even if he like cleared all the rounds.
They make us do all the hard work and do not give feedback on anything. They get support from all vendors on their requirement stating everything important and urgent. Even conduct drives and when the time comes for selection they vanish until the next time. So vendors who are trying to get their empanelment list stay away. Its always the case with them. By chance if they select any candidates getting Igate to pay our fee is like chasing "GOD". Not entirely worth the effort.

I have today called at a company called Igatech, Vazhakkala, Kochi who manufacture UPS for computers. The call first went to an answering machine after which when I dialled the extension for sales, a lady picked up. I asked her about the price for a 1 kva UPS.. suddenly without answering my question she started asking my whereabouts.. like name, place, contact number etc... I have told her all these.. and then she said she would transfer the call to someone else....and it was taken by another lady.... I have again asked the price for 1 kva UPS.. then again.. same questions.. name, place, number etc... I asked her why should I tell all these things to get the price for a product.. she said she wanted it.. and she also said that she cannot give the price o[censored]PS alone but with battery only. I said okay..and gave my whereabouts.. But no update yet from them...

Its so frustrating to have such a poor customer service as if they think they are the only manufacturer o[censored]PS !!!!!

Hi, I had a very bad experiance with this Optical shop. Igate optics in Kasturi nagar. I bought a new lens and while buying the lens the shop keeper advised me to go for scratch resistant lens and thin glass from essilor. I also agreed for it and had to pay twice the cost. Within a month, the lens had lot of scratches inspite of good maintenance from my end. (while the earlier lens I had came for 4 years). When I contacted them, their response was very poor. Moreover the shop keeper Deena mentioned that they are not responsible for it and it is only because of my maintenance. Their response towards customers and handling them is very pathetic. I will never go to this optics in my lifetime again and waste my money because of the poor customer service and also because of the poor quality lens which they provide in the name of Essilor / Crizal. I would also suggest the same to my friends 'Never go to iGate Optics' for any of your Optical requirements.

I had submitted the forms pertaining to PF withdrawal in February this year (almost 6 months ago), however, have no clue as to when I would receive the PF. I was also asked for a cancelled blamk cheque (apparently for confirmation of my account number) about 2 months ago and I did send that, but there has been no update. My PF number is UP/32271/2608. Please help.

Hemant Kumar k confirmed me the settlement and he was the person who was urging us to make the payment of Rs 5700 before the end of the day.The way your employee behaves is really vague and He is not picking the call after we made the payment.He said us that he will speak with you after the amount is paid.If this is way your employee(Hemanth Kumar K) and your team behave? We will let you know about the remaining things.

Sir,

I wish to complain against the PF Regional Office, KR Puram, Bangalore. I have resigned from the services of the Company and
opted for the PF Withdrawal.

Form 19&10C have been submitted to the Office by the Employer on 31/03/08. But the PF Office says it was submitted on 21/04/08. Till today, I have not received my cliam. Repeated Enquiries with the Office says it is under process.
