Ignou — Admission fees refund

My admission got cancelled on 7th august 2023 but i did not get the refund. its been more than 30 days and i am still waiting for the refund. I already sent mail to [protected]@ignou.ac.in and [protected]@ignou.ac.in but they are not even responding.
