This is Aliza Fatima, IGNOU enrollment no. [protected]. When i was re registering myself for 2nd year of my MPS course, i paid twice due to network issue and payment of Rs 7000 was deducted twice that is Rs 14000 from my account was deducted. After visiting office one of my payment was confirmed but another one is not refunded. I even filled grievances on Ignou website for refund and went to offices twice they said it will be refund in 10 to 15 days but not its 2 complete months, no refund yet. No one from office is responding on my emails and calls and when I visit office they say we will mail you for refund but did not happened.

I have three times submitted applications in offline mode to the evaluation block - 5 regarding uploading of theory marks of BPSE 143 but no reply has been received yet.

Yesterday I went to Evaluation block - 5 they said that we have not received the answer copy of your subject because the evaluation centre not sent here till date.

I been asked to report on 1st sept, 2023 for the admission counselling at GGSIP University for
B ED Program. It is my last phase.

Otherwise I have to face an academic loss for one year because of one subject rest everything is completed on my Grade Card.

I had done the re-registration for July 23 MA English programme on 14th June 23. My name is Amrutha and my enrollment number is [protected].

I had faced few issues during the payment process and the fees got debited 2 times. I am following up for more than 2 months now but still no response from the university and refund not initiated yet.

would like to address a problem I encountered while attempting to pay my fees. On June 14, at 6:43 PM, I made the first transaction of ₹10, 795 through UPI. However, despite the successful deduction of funds from my account, the payment was not updated on the university's website, and it continued to show "Fee not paid." The UPI Transaction ID for this failed transaction is[protected].

In response to the failed transaction, I made a second payment on June 15, which was processed successfully, and the fee payment was duly reflected on the website. I utilized a debit card for this transaction.

I hereby request an immediate refund of the amount of ₹10, 795, which was deducted during the first failed transaction. It has now been over a month since the incident, and I have yet to receive the refund. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience, and I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter.

I have applied for Admission in IGNOU in MA in Psychology.
I have filled the form and paid the admission fee along with a material hard copy on June 25th. Till date, I have not received the confirmation of my admission nor the study material.
I have called on the numbers[protected]/ 29601235 provided in your emails and on your portal. Unfortunately, no matter what time of the day, no one picks up. I have tried sending my query through whatsapp number : [protected] but unfortunately no one responds there as well.

I have also created a grievance ticket on iGram : Grievance Submission Token (GST) No. :[protected]

Please see attached my admission form as well as transaction status copies for proof.

I never knew that IGNOU being such a big education body can be so frustrating to work with.

Since I have explored all avenues, with all lost hopes, I finally reach out here to see if I can get some support.

I would like to cancel my admission and get refund. This is enough, i have no intention to pursuing my degree with IGNOU.

Dear Sir, I have taken an admission for BA (MSME) at IGNOU in January 2023. Due to some personal reason i could not go ahead with my application. Hence i have cancelled my admission and requested for the refund of admission fee of Rs.4800 in February itself. After 7 months also till now my refund has not come. Few days back i got an email saying that we processing your refund and it will be credited to your bank account.
Even after 1 month of this i have not got anything till now.

The email which i received on June 29 from Ignou said its been processed for refund. I have attached a screenshot of the details in which they claim its processed. But also the below information was there in the same email:

Financial transaction has been approved (DCC should go ahead and complete the transaction)

I have replied to them and informed i did not get any refund. but for that also no reply has come till now. Kindly look in to this matter and help me on this. Thank you

मेरा नाम शैबाज हसन पटेल है। मैं इग्नू छात्र हूं। मेरा नामांकन संख्या [protected] है। मेरा प्रोग्राम कोड BAPSH है।

मैंने हाल ही में हुए जून 2023 की परीक्षा दी है। जिसमें मैंने कुल 8 विषयों की परीक्षा दी है। 27 जुलाई 2023 के दिन मेरे एक विषय के अंक घोषित किए गए जो अस्वीकृत है। मैंने उस विषय में बहुत अच्छे से लिखा है और ऐसे अंक मुझे मान्य नहीं है। मैंने उस विषय के पेपर में अत्यधिक प्रयत्न किया और अपने उत्तर को अत्यधिक आकर्षित और सटीक तरीके से लिखा था इसके बावजूद मुझे 100 अंकों में से सिर्फ 50 अंक दिए गए हैं। और यह 50 अंक मेरे द्वारा लिखे गए आकर्षित और सटीक उत्तर के लायक नहीं है। तथा मैं यह मानता हूं कि इग्नू के द्वारा बहुत बार अनुचित मूल्यांकन यानी कि अनफेयर इवैल्यूएशन किया गया है।

ऐसी ही एक समस्या मेरे द्वितीय वर्ष के परीक्षा में भीगने द्वारा की गई थी। एक विषय में मुझे बहुत अधिक अंक दिए गए जबकि मेरा उत्तर उस अंक के लायक नहीं था या वह उत्तर सटीक नहीं था इसके बावजूद भी मुझे 100 अंकों में से 69 अंक दिए गए।

इससे यह कहा जा सकता है कि इग्नू द्वारा अनुचित मूल्यांकन यानी कि अनफेयर इवैल्यूएशन किया जाता है। और मैं चाहता हूं कि इग्नू अपने अंतिम वर्ष के छात्र के साथ ऐसा ना करें जिससे छात्र का भविष्य खराब हो। मैं यह जानता हूं कि इसमें गलती इग्नू की है ना कि मेरी। मैं यह बात जानता हूं कि इग्नू में इसके लिए रिवैल्युएशन का प्रावधान है लेकिन इसमें मैं ₹750 की फीस जमा नहीं कर सकता क्योंकि मैं एक छात्र हूं और इतनी फीस मैं जमा नहीं कर सकता।

मैं चाहता हूं कि मुझे उचित न्याय मिले। मेरे साथ जो अनुचित मूल्यांकन व्यवहार किया गया है वह मुझे मान्य नहीं है। मैं संबंधित विषय में इससे अच्छे अंक की अपेक्षा करता हूं। और इसी के अंत में मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि मैंने अन्य 7 विषयों की परीक्षा भी दी है और मैं चाहता हूं कि उसमें ऐसा अनुचित मूल्यांकन व्यवहार ना किया जाए।

I have registered for mbaom programm in ignou on dated 9th of july. due to some family emergency i was try to cancel my admission before confirmaton of admission but still one responding on email. while calling regionoal center nagpur they responding rudely. i need my money back i have a family emergency. kindly help for same...

I enrolled for this course in July 2021 session. It has been two years since then and we have even appeared for our final second-year examinations. I have appeared for all the papers and completed all the project work and dissertation. To date, no practical classes have been conducted. Even the first year's practical is pending, leading to Incomplete Gradecard. Even we have paid Rs. 200/- for our second-year dissertation practical examination fees. The issue is not only creating a problem for me but for all the students who appeared with me in the second-year examination. IGNOU is not ready to provide examination dates and IGNOU has not conducted a single practical class. Being a practical based subject (ANTHROPOLOGY), physical anthropology needs practical classes to understand Osteometry, Craniometry, Somatometry, etc. I am seeking immediate help because I am willing to appear for UGC NET examination that will be conducted in December 2023. If the examinations are not conducted on time and the results are delayed, then there can be a possible chance of year loss.

I registered on IGNOU and applied for the Course In PGDIOM: Post Graduate Diploma(Operations Management) on[protected] at 17:13:49

Then I decided to cancel my admission as I wanted to go abroad for further studies. So, I tried doing the below starting from[protected] at 7:58 AM to submit a request to cancel my admission and receive a refund:

1. Try contacting every Phone number available/provided online of IGNOU - NO ONE NEVER EVER RECEIVED MY CALL!

2. I emailed the regional center in Vadodara, submitted a Grievance online, and kept [protected]@ignou.ac.in - NO ONE RESPONDED BACK!

On Mon[protected]:25 PM I got a response back from the Regional Center after my 4th attempt to contact [protected]@ignou.ac.in -- LATE RESPONSE FROM THEM EXCEEDED 15 DAYS LIMIT OF GETTING REFUND!

Since[protected]:25 PM, I am trying to reach out to the concerned person who can help me and process my refund.

I beg to say that i am a new student of INDRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY. I took admission in January 2023. I have not yet received my study material yet. There is no response to the mails sent to teh regional centre. Please look into the issue asap.
