Ignou — assignments marks not updated

Respected sir,

I, raghav baru, enrolment no.:[protected] ]student of ignou submitted my all assignment before appearing in the end term examination, june 2019, but my assignment marks for begf101, eso12, eso13, feg2 is not reflecting in the grade sheet. I called many concerned persons regarding this issue but so far no results.
Therefore i hereby request you to kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis.
