Ignou — delay in result and problem in finding the assignment

I am a student of maths B.A. in IGNOU and have given 3 exams in 'June 2014 term end exams'. I got the results of 2 exams till August 19th. How long should I wait for the other? Why are these delays made? These delays are not normal. Moreover, I'm shocked to find out that no assignments of 'maths B.A.' have been uploaded in IGNOU WEBSITE since 'june's term end exams' till August 19th. Maths assignments are time consuming tasks. To do them effectively, students should be equipped with the assignments immediately after any term end.
