Ignou — Fee deducted but admission not confirmed

i have applied for B.A 1 admission online for ignou on 24/10/2020 for Rs 2900 has been deducted from my account..but the status shows pending at ignou website . Oct 25 2020 is the last day for admission i did not get the addmission ..but fees is still showing in progress on ignou website ..a message is written on site -If payment has been deducted from your account but the same is not updated in your application, you will not be able to make another payment for the next 60 minutes. If the payment is not updated in 60 minutes, the amount shall be automatically credited back to the account from which the payment was received. Then you can initiate the payment afresh.
but the status did not change it still shows in progress.
kindly refund my amount Rs 2900 deduted as the admission is not confirmed ..

I have applied for B.A -1 admission online on ignou website .I made a transaction of Rs 2900, same amount is deducted from my account but the payment status shows in progress.12 hours has passed still payment is in progress and i did not get the reversed payment in my account...thats why i am not able to make the fresh payment again as it still shows in progress
Today is the last day of fee submission payment is not updated and i am not able to do fresh payment due to this ..
