Hello sir/mam
I Prema rozlin Anand student of ignou, I pass out on 2014 B. Com but still I did not got my marksheet. I have wrote the letter also due to my address change I did not get it but In second letter I gave correct address and requested to send on that address but it's since 3 years I did not get it... Plz I need my all passing certificates.
