Ignou — Not received original marksheet and provisional certificate

I m student of ignou and facing a lot of problems from the university.
And all the information given on ignou's websites is completely wrong.
No mail is correct on that site.
I have sent mail on the mail ids but everytime i got a failure msg.
Even the feedback will also give an error msg & no reply of any time i am sending mail.
My enrollment no[protected], programme cod-bdp (B.com) english medium i have successfully completed my b.com in 2016. But i have not received my original marksheet & grade card till today. I have received the convocation letter & posted the form with the dd to delhi. I have sent several emails, & attending 30th convocation on nagpur.. I received only degree certificate. But i have got no response untill now. I request u sir, very earnestly to ple — zzzzzz look into the matter & do the needful, as my career is on stake. I am qualified maharashtra state llb entrance exam. You are not send my origional marksheet & provisional certificate. My llb admission will be cancelled. Hope u will not dissapoint me this time at least. This is my last chance of addmision of llb. My age 31 & goverment decided to next session addmision age limit of 30. My cast in open category. My admission cancelled i attemed susaid & fully responcible of ignou.
