I am Sangam Tamang enrolment number:[protected]S, A 4 month ago i did admit for the BLIS programme but i didn't get the admission course of my less percentage i had paid money. according to the rule of igneous I have to get refund money back but i don't get my money back yet. i tried to conect with center through phone call but connection was error. and i mailed the the ignou center and I get the reply of my Query. They answered me and suggest me to interact with them through mail. so i mailing my query but never get back any replay from the ignou center, I they are ignore my complain so please kindly helpme to get my refound. I mention the information which i received by the Dr ARSHIS HUSSAIN.IGNOU.
