Ignou — Regarding billing | |||
Madam / sir I am really disappointed with the billing counter of Max hospital Patparganj for CGHS empanelment. Today I had booked my appointment for ENT at 10.30. A.M. I reached hospital at 10.05 but due lots of rush in CGHS billing counter my turn came on 11.05 A.M. but ENT doctor time was over. This is so disappointed. I request you that please resume the previous service of Billing counter. The seperate counter for CGHS or empanelment deptt. take lots of rush. Only three counter working in Max hospital Patparganj for CGHS. There are lots of rush. Patient suffering badly and the is situated in open cafeteria area.. there is no centralised A.C. or even fan also. I had take 1 Hours for billing line. You haspital is reputed hospital so pls take it seriously and maintain proper arrangement. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
