Ignou — Request for refund my exam fee | |||||
Sir/madam I am student of MPA course. I have paid my exam fee Rs.483.36/- on March 22, 2017 by online mode but I have not received any control number. So I have paid again (2nd time) my exam fee on 28/March/2017. And I have received two control number after a day on 29/03/2017. So please refund my one payment rupees 483.36/- only this is my 6th complaint. Please refund my money. I am a studend of MEC course enrollment no.[protected]. I have paid my exam fees rs. 840 on 29/04/2018 by online mode but it wasnt showing any confirmation but the payment was deducted from my account. And it was showing i need to wait 48 hours for the confirmation, so i waited. But there wasnt any confirmation, so i filled the form again and this time with the late fees rs. 1840/-.
I request you to please refund the money.
Rs. 840 and 1000/- the late fees.

After that, I had been continuously trying to connect to IGNOU for my refund but was unable to due to the negligence of the institute. So my request to IGNOU is to please refund my payment. It had already been around 2 years trying to get it back.

My admission was cancelled on 29th March 2022, and I had sent first mail concerning refund on 31st March 2022.I also sent reminder mail on 5th April 2022 alongwith admission application form. I have been continuously sending emails concerning this subject, the last email was sent on 12th April 2022.
I have not received any response from your end regarding this subject and now it has become mentally upsetting and frustrating problem for me. Sir/Madam, I do not come from a financially strong family background and I have some critical work to do with this amount. So, I request you to please process my refund as soon as possible. It would also be great if you could let me know where I can escalate this issue.
