Ignou — study material not received

I have not yet received by study material for my 2nd year ba. When i check the status it shows it will be delivered by 24th june. But it’s 25th june today and still i haven’t received my study material. I have to submit my assignments on time and also study for my december exams. If this happens i won’t be able to study properly or submit my assignments on time. Kindly please look into it.
