My MCO-01 theory marks is not updated so far whereas I had appeared for the said exam on 23/12/17.I have complained many times through mail to concerned IGNOU regional centre, IGNOU centre Delhi, IGNOU centre Lucknow but all did not respond.They never picked up any phone. I am Sayan dutta from kolkata. My programme code is bhm and enrollment number is[protected].i have submitted application form for my marksheet and provisional certificate but yet to receive those. I am facing a lot of problems because of the absence of the certificate. It's an emergency. Plz help
