I Pardeep Kumar an IIBF member has tried many a time to contact customer care representative Mr Subhash through telephonicly call on his desk no.[protected] but he never picked up my call, even sometime when redial the same no. It comes to be busy after not taking my call. The reason behind i am calling him is that i haven't recieved my JAIIB certificate yet becouse when i contected my city post office they said they have returned my mail becouse they couldn't reach me on my address and there was contact number was proveded in mail address. Now i am in a situation that i cannot appear in my promotion exam and i have to wait untill next year and there is no one to help me from IIBF. Even no one has replied to my email sent to [protected]@iibf.org.in. I guess this is how INDIA becomes GREAT. Was this information helpful? |
