Sirs,
With deep concern i, amit srivastava as an obedient member, want to say that in the recently held caiib exam dec 2018 there was a question asked that "mclr calculation doesn't depend upon which of the following?"and the options were "a marginal cost of funds b negative carry of crr c operating cost d tenor premium"
Now the concern is that mclr calculation depends on all the four factors given in all the four options. Hence either the question or the options are objectionable because how can a candidate attempt such a question correctly. Even if the question carry only 1 mark but it has a very significant impact on the overall exam for a candidate passing the exam and for those candidates who can't clear the exam by only 1 mark.
Hence as a sincere candidate and iibf member i want a transparent review for the abovementioned question asked in paper 3 - retail banking, 11:15 am shift exam held on dec 16, 2018 and also there were even some more questions with options having similar situation i. E; either the question must be different or the options must be relevant so that the said questions can be correctly attempted. And it's a matter of reputational loss for such a classy certified institute, indian institute of banking and finance, iibf.
For this, i shall really be highly obliged to you all.

Dear sir,
Today i reached the faizabad m. K. Gramodyog center at 8:10 am in the morning. There was no specific place for car parking so i have to find a suitable place for parking my car.. It takes my 10-12 minutes and when i reached the center by 8:20am they told me that you have not reached here by 8:15 am so entry is close. I urged and requested in every possible way to allow my entrance but gatekeeper didn't allow me. I told them it is not 8:30 am and paper is not started and also tell them the problem of car parking but the observer neha yadav behavior was so rude and she said that you should feel shame for not coming on time and get lost.. On objecting her words she said that she will debarred me from all the exams of caiib..
I request you to please take the further action for misbehaviour of observer miss neha yadav and also change the center which should have proper parking place so crucial time of the candidates can be save..

Sir, around 29 candidates attended the iibf exam which was conducted on 15 th July 2018 for the various certificate courses of iibf at Good Shepherd college, nattakom, kottayam.We all were 12:30 batch...The authority instructed us to start exam on 12:40 p.m, by around 1:40 all of our system got hanged, as there is no server connection.The concerned authority asked us to wait till 5 O 'clock, until then no response from them..We 29 candidates patiently waited for more than three hours at the exam centre, as they say it is due to technical issue.At last they surrendered to us by saying that the technical problem was not repairable at their end...!!!What should we candidate to do?Either kindly refund the exam fee to all o[censored]s or re-schedule the exam on another day and please let us know the date by mailing us..This was a very bitter experience to each one o[censored]s, belongs to kottayam exam centre.Kindly consider our case and do the needful as early as possible.

I have appeared in exam of caiib abm paper on[protected] but there was problem in my system (System was getting hang) and sone question were wrong and some were incompelete. Now i have mailed them to provide me bonus marks or i should be eligible for re-exam which is being condected on 24 th june 2018, but iibf in not treat me fairly. They are saying that there was no technical issue and i want to say that if you can not me permit for re-exam then you should provide me bonus marks for wrong question. Iibf say that they cant provide bonus for the same and no problems in questions, i want to say that they should proov that that the questions were not wrong, i am giving the question details of wrong and incomplete questions which they should show and solve.
Now want to complain against iibf for this because i have paid a fees rs3300 and i have prepared a lot with a long time.

Dear sir/madam

Today i was having caiib online examination for the subject advanced banking management at 8:30a. M, i reached the examination centre at 7:55 a. M in the morning with original employee i'd card and original identity proof and digital print of my admit letter (Soft copy). The invigilator at shimoga jnnce campus did not allow me inside for not having the hard copy of admit letter, i requested him that i'll give the hard copy later as the stationary shops were not opened by then and i also requested him to use their campus printer to take the print out but he denied that stating they were not having internet connection. Later on the invigilator showed me the instructions given to him i was shocked to see that there was no where mentioned about hard physical paper copy of admit letter is allowable. I said to him that "sir if admit letter is available you can allow the candidate" my case admit letter was available yet i was denied to attend the examination. Later on when i checked the instructions given to candidates there also no where it is clearly mentioned as physical hard paper copy is only allowed. The instructions were stating as printed copies need to be taken and yes i have got the digitally printed copy with me, upon all requests also they did not allow, i want guidance from you people on how should i deal the situation. Iam at loss now for the ambiguous instructions given to the candidates and the invigilators.

As per the iibf directions the venue gate should close by 11am but the gate already closed by 10.48am. When we closed about that the co-ordiinator not at all responded properly by that almost 17aspirants lost the exam due to their irresponsible behaviour.. We lost the exam for the exam we have paid ₹3000/-. When we call the customer care they responded in a hopeless manner.. If the exam conducting organisation is ina hopeless condition who were responsible for our money..

Sir i had filled my application for jaiib 2018, membership form for iibf on 20/03/2018 and i had also done payment on that day and got fee payment successfull in my mobile through iibf. And my iibf application form generated and my admit card for jaiib is also generated.
Bt yesterday the amount which i had paid for both jaiib and iibf membership return back in to my bank account through which i had made payment.
So plzz tell why this amount return back in my account?
And also tell me m i eligible for jaiib exam or not?

Sir, myself mr sukanta kumar patnaik, bearing registration no =[protected]. During nov 2017 i had completed the jaiib exam. After result result declaration i was told by iibf care that due to wrong address my certificate was reruned back. Then i sent my postal address. Then they told that to send my photo and signature. I did that again i was told to send aadhar card, i also did that. After i told that what ever i sent them all are not in proper format, again i sent them all the documents in proper format. Still they didn't send me my certificate. Due to this i was not able to appear my promotion examination. Please do the needful.

I reached the exam hall on time to write exam of bfm paper of
Caiib in msrit academy, boduppal at 2. P. M. Because of misunderstanding the rout i reached exam hall at 1.46 they not allowed me to enter gate. Along with me again 4 member was there. Even after reaching on reporting time 1.45.. The gate keeper not allowed us. When we ask to talk with iibf peolpe. No one responded. When we to call [protected] which is given in
Hall ticket. They said we r not giving support to iibf. This is really injustice with the candidate. Before starting exam we reached center still not allowed is really injustice. Iibf is very prompt about time. Then what about our time we r spending for preparation from a long time.

In an emergency situation i reached exam hall before 10 min start of exam but i was not allowed to write the exam by administration of narayana engineering college, nellore and was mistreated by exam incharge of narayana engineering college with their security people. At that time i had tried to contact iibf helpline number but none lifted the call. After an hour they had lifted the call and asked us to call chennai helpline and chennai help line iibf number was also not answered. Before 10 min close of the exam chennai iibf helpline number was answered but had disconnected the call in very rude manner without solving the issue. If any situation arise like this why don't they reschedule exam or refund exam fees. How ever the service by iibf was not satisfactory and service by narayana engineering college, nellore was not good.

As i came to exam hall in time but due to mis communication reached hall at 11:10 to attend for 11:15 exam but i was not permitted to write the exam. Even the iibf helpline numbers are not lifting the phones. We cannot find any help from either iibf or exam centre authorities. If any person doesnot attend the exam why donot iibf return the fees or reshedule the exam.

I had submited succesfully my exam at iibf site but till now i did not get my admit card for jaiib exam which will be held on sunday dated 12 nov 2017. Plz provide me admit card and i had done with application and get succesfully regestered transaction number that time so please provide me admit card it is very urgent

I was appeared in bank financial management exam held on 09.07.2017, 11.15 a. M. Shift in visakhapatnam. I found that there was two numerical of 1 mark each was in correct/wrong. 1. A companys loan have out standing balance 160 lac security available 20 lac ecgc is 75 percent if this account becomes to npa then what will be amount of provisioning? A.14 cr b 13 cr c 12.5 cr d 10 cr 2. A term loan account of bank became npa a/c at substandard stage a.35 cr b 28 cr c 21 cr d 14 cr. I found this above questions wrong due to no options appropriate in the context of questions. Please look after this matter as per rules marks of wrong questions should be awarded to those candidates who attempted the questions. I am already raised complaint in iibf candidates support service id : wb41096 is simply closed with out given any reply. So, please consider my complaint

I applied for caiib exam and the schedule for examination was 8.30, but they refused to allow me to enter at 8.30. Even iibf also agreed with staff of examination for not allowing the students to enter. This type of attitude is not correct. It's completely showing the face of money minded institution, who are more interested in earning money, either by hook or crook. What will happen if site is get locked either by any means. Time bound is not the correct justification of iibf. Emergency situation can be arise in any case.

Dear sir, my self abhishek pareek today i have exam of jaiib afb at gyanodaya iti rani bazar bikaner, today very bed weather from early morning we will reach there 10.58 am and when try to enter into gate mr ashish purohit tcs sify was there he refused to permit us on 11.00 am and sayed i am not able to do so and he run here and there we will request to please tok matter with mr panwar (Sbi) but he wested our so many time and not allow us to give exam more than six canddidate departed from this exam wo will be liable for this please look into matter.

I mailed about jaiib certificate earlier but without giving any solution they replied

I Pardeep Kumar an IIBF member has tried many a time to contact customer care representative Mr Subhash through telephonicly call on his desk no.[protected] but he never picked up my call, even sometime when redial the same no. It comes to be busy after not taking my call. The reason behind i am calling him is that i haven't recieved my JAIIB certificate yet becouse when i contected my city post office they said they have returned my mail...

I m, and student of, c a i i b course., last date of online application to appear for July 2017 was 29 April. But as I m not in India I came to know on 27 April that after 2 days caiib application form date will get over. So i started trying since 27 April to fill up the form but eithrt it won't allow me to enter with heading please try after 5 min or if I am able to get in then at payment gateway WAIT wait.. Options comes and it get stuck for half an hour. Let me tell u before proceeding payment gate way msg comes don't press back. For same I was not pressing anything and only option I had was to wait. Still 28 night same problem. I wrote mail immediately as it is given as heading for any query and assistance please write to mail(I don't understand when no help they r giving then y to highlight!). Still no reply from their end so I tried full night of 28 April that is till 6.30 am in morning but same problem. By that time I tried from many instrument like mobile, laptop, tab, India mobile etc but same message. So at night 3 am in dubai (in India 4.30am)i woke up by calling my friend and requested her please fill up online form from there may b this issue u will not get i[censored] will fill up from. India and she also helped me but same problem she was also getting. And till 29 12.10 I tried. But after 12 that online application option is disabled exactly at 12 as it was the last date. (for that site is working on time!) now... Already I have booked ticket for dubai to India for July month side by side as I was not aware this much of problem I will face! Then on 30 April as it is Sunday, I can't call in any center as holiday. Let me tell u on 28 and 29 also I tried to call international call but no one was picking up. So I tried on 1 may to Delhi, chennai and calcutta branch (I have not called on 1 may to. Mumbai as maharashtra day) but same...no response!! (I tried almost all number u can say more than 100 times that is full day) and this level patience is already gone but still importance of examination I know and i want to appear means a efforts I have to take! (this was made me understood by IIBF staff! As such they r their only to perform their duty and u know their duty is only to attend phone and give no. What u want and if v ask t people about not picking up the phone since i was trying continuesly they told in simple words v don't know as v r picking up. I know my duty don't teach me. I am board phone attentive so v r not aware about particular query solution. I am giving u no. U call their and talk to them. But don't tell me. Etc etc. Let me tell u when u r representative of any institute then u r responsible to give answer to ur customer or member in polite manner and I know as I am working in bank since 6 years and I can't refuse customer by saying u r not my branch customer so don't tell me anything about my other branch staff. No.i can't. Right? .Bcoz I am representative of my full bank and not only particular branch. But that concept when I was trying to tell that bored line person he became rude and start telling that I am giving u number for ur query related dept then take it and don't teach me my job. Here please tell me from ground staff to upper level staff there is option of putting complain on behalf of customer with proof but when I told him to put this complain about non receiving call that time he told it is not his part of job and told please keep the phone and don't try to teach me my job. I just kept the phone as it was international call and no use. Clearly I came to know it is waste of my time and my money. As person is not in a position to understand u! Another Problem start when I called up to particular dept. That director of examination dept. He has picked up my call immediately but I can make out from his behaviour that he is having that chair pride but yes u r at certain position means it is prestige and not attitude. When I told him my problem.. He simply asked y did u wait for last moment? When I m telling him clearly I have not waited for last moment, the moment I came to know I started filling up the form I have not waited for 11.50 of night 29 April!! Just imagine how he was handling my matter. Later on he was telling if the problem is with gateway then it is not IIBF fault but when Problem was from two days then IIBF should not look into this matter?? He told it is ur mistake as y did u waited for end moment. This site is used by all over world so chances of technical issues r there but still it is not IIBF problem! Now tell me what to tell. Let me tell here that ones u have time till 29 April one can't say u r late when u r trying on 27 and 28! But when I told sir.. Other professional institute are giving one more option with late payment fees online application then whether IIBF is giving this type of option? Instead of giving me proper reply he told i[censored] r interested in other institution then please go there and don't come here. (how can he answer like that as all institute are unique and separate? If I want to do CA then I have to go in the institute of chartered accountant and not IIBF. If I want to do CS then I have to enrol in Company Secretary Institute and not in IIBF OR Ca institute. so same if I want to do CAIIB then I have to come to IIBF. U cant say to go somewhere else. And now seriously if any other institute is there then who is offering CAIIB then happily I would like to go. Attest people will b better to answer. It is saying that u will understand value of customer only if there is competition or u r not in monoploy line of activity and lastly he told don't talk here about other institute and about mail which u have written before 29 will b replied today that is on 2 may! Now tell me what is the meaning of assistance for exam related matter?? And about phone number calling to other centre to get help ones date is over then y u called up to other centre or here. It is no use.!!!he was not ready to understand that to get solution or problem occurred as mail reply also not received on time I was calling otherwise muje koi shokh nahi tha IIBF main call karne ka and that is also international call!! About ticket book he told what IIBF will DO? I was not telling IIBF to reimburse my ticket cost, I was just informing him as importance of exam but he has takem everything like I am asking ticket cost! At last he told u want me to cut the phone or u want to do argument which u r doing since begining? Seriously I felt too bad that he has taken everything in argument manner means my problem is not his problem or he is not in mood to solve as v r small and they r big. So v r irrelevant! Our work, our query, our thought process is entirely wrong that his behaviour was trying to show. When I asked whether I will get positive reply or my query will get solved? He simply told chances r not there but they will see if it is genuine then they will think!! That means what effort I have taken has zero value as I was late on 27, 28 and 29!!!

this branch manager has deducted several times so many amounts from my CA BCA account without sign. & informing me this is not the case only but if someone customer says to branch manager that I dinesh devali deduct amount from customer account he directly deduct amount from my account [protected], without asking & finding any evidence, although customer telling a lie as i have all the legal prooof that customer done transaction through Aeps at my bank mitra office
i have no good relation with this branch manager as i made a few complaint against him in the circle office as taking irresponsible working function and no positive response given by circle office BC dept. also so kindly look into the matter what actual is happening in the ground
i just justice from ur side if i am guilty punish me otherwise punish to this branch manager & those supporting them directly or indirectly, so many my customer are ready to complaint against this branch manager

I have been informed by iibf that now it is not possible to change centre of exam.According to me iibf is the institute for bankers. I am working in indian overseas bank and got transfer from chennai to kolkata on my promotion. So iibf should consider and understand every banker's situation. Earlier jaiib exam was scheduled to be in november and at that time i was in chennai. I could have appeared for jaiib exam in the month of november itself beacause i was working in administrative office. Only beacause of considering branch people 's situation due to demonetization iibf has rescheduled the exam in january. For me it is completely a great loss after rescheduling the exam from november to january. For The bankers who were working in branches the exam reschedule is fine. Since i am working in regional office i could have appeared for the exam in november. Because of iibf 's wrong system i am going to loose my precious time and money i have spent to apply for jaiib.When iibf rescheduled the exam i obeyed the decision and did not show any objection. But because of my bad luck and our bank's late promotion process i got transfer and reported in kolkata in december .I have spent so much time and spent 10000/- coaching fees for preparing of jaiib exam.i felt very sad when jaiib exam rescheduled to january, if in january also i ll not be able to appear for exam i ll be in frustration.It will be difficult for me to travel from kolkata to chennai for attending exam. Hence I want to register my complaint against IIBF. Jaiib exam will be in January 28th and it is more than one month time is there, still iibf is not considering centre change request for exam.

i have being applying for online registration form for ordinary membership & after successful form filling when the payment transaction is done of rs:- 1725 the page got encrypted but my a/c has been debited by rs-1725 and further i did not got any confirmation message for registration no. By also did not received any membership no. Message or mail.

Hi sir,
I have taken aml &kyc exam on 10/04/16 in ngp college, location: coimbatore, i had attended all 120 questions but at the and examination it shows 20questions not attembpted, but those questions i had already attempted, hoe come attempted questions can shows that not attempted, i had secured 56 marks, finally it shows 12 questions not attempted.

Dear Sir, On 23.08.2015 i made online fee payment for iibf exam of Rs.2736/- through my sbm Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

ON[protected], 10:15 PM, while making payment for ordinary membership in iibf, using visa debit card(canara bank) account is debited but error message was shown transaction failed. And registration also failed. Kindly reverse that transaction until registration is not made.
