greetings

i have being applying for online registration form for ordinary membership & after successful form filling when the payment transaction is done of rs:- 1725 the page got encrypted but my a/c has been debited by rs-1725 and further i did not got any confirmation message for registration no. By also did not received any membership no. Message or mail.

transaction details: payment done by sbi credit card by name makarand badve

i also lodged a complaint on iibf website mail id: [protected]@iibf.Org.In, on wed, sep 7, 2016 at 12:43 pm, but no reply or any refund from iibf
