IIBF — Remote proctored examination - kyc/aml

I have applied for kyc/aml certificate exam on last month and my exam has scheduled on 10th of July 2021 and I have received mail regarding the mock test link and exam link two days prior to the examination date.

I tried to complete the mock test on 9th of July 2021 evening around 6 pm. Downloaded the exam browser as per the mail instructions and tried to open the mock test link through the browser but the laptop screen just displays blue screen and hanged out for long time, immediately the issue has been escalated to the technical team that evening and tried them calling in the morning of the exam day around 11 am.

Technical support team 3 different executives has attended the call the call and 2 of among 3 executives not even able to understand the English language and the another 1 female executives just asked me to restart and try it the link. But she doesn't able to hold on to the line and help me to complete the issues faced by me even though I requested her to hold on the line. After that I tried calling them around next half an hour but no response from their side for mail and to for telecall.

Due to this I couldn't able to attend my exam and escalated this issue to the examination department executive shrayan duari. But after long conversations I just got a reply that mistake is from my side only and I'm not permitted for re exam like that.

It's ridiculous that after having all proofs for the poor response from the technical team and i didn't even treated properly and my issue has not been solved. Exam fees of Rs.1300/- it's not a easy money to earn and I have been insulted by the reply.

Yes these IIbf guys doesn't even respond correctly. After paying more than 5 thousand you're not conducting the exam in a centre. Covid is long gone. Also arrange laptop, mic, update your OS to Windows 10 and do all the Mumbo Jumbo is the extra expense of time and money. And you're supposed to know to delete specific softwares. Also delete Antivirus. This is daylight robbery.
