This is Nagaraju. I've a home loan from last three year. I took this loan for 15 years at the rate of interest of 9.5%. I recently tried to check the remaining tenure, its showing 214 month which was 180 month earlier, and interest rate has increased from 9.50% to 10.25% without notifying me. So it mean i'll have to pay 34 more emi's and which will be around 813892Rs additional. This is really very unprofessional and i believe such behavior or cheating customer has to be stopped. Request you to please action on this immediately and revise my interest rate to previous. While repo has been consistently going down, why iifl has been increasing my interest rate. Please stop cheating customers and request iifl to improve your customer care team.I tried somany times but no one responding.
few months back every bank has decreased rate of interest up to 6.5-7% that time i requested iifl to reduce but they dinot decrease, now without any intimation they increased rate of interest . Was this information helpful? |

Already i had paid 5 lakhs within one year and my outstanding amount reman same only and i had submitted check on 05/08/2024' IIFL Company Employee (Lady) has taken unnecessary more amount from my side

I have taken a loan From IIFL home loan finance LTD, Already I had paid 5 lakh in 1 year but they kept my outstanding same as it is only, increases my Tenure month also, so i was totally fed up from you service and transferred my loan in the other bank and i pad Extras amount and submitter the check in the branch 05/08/2024 and they had kept my check for a long period and not cleared
(My outstanding is showing in your IIFL Application amount 34.79, 256.00 but your Employee (Lady) is saying to pay thirty-five lakh and thirty thousand extras. i had kept my amount to for my children education but she had demanded and taken to much amount from my side, so much wrong things they are doing with normal people totally fed up with IFFL home loan service
(Almost one month is over but they did not refund my money and taken to much amount from me)
Kindly look in this matter and do the needful and refund my remaining amount as soon as possible
