Already i had paid 5 lakhs within one year and my outstanding amount reman same only and i had submitted check on 05/08/2024' IIFL Home loan Employee (Lady) has taken unnecessary more amount from my side

I have taken a loan From IIFL home loan finance LTD, Already I had paid 5 lakhs in 1 year, but they kept my outstanding same as it is and increases my Tenure month 5 year extra, so i was totally fed up with IIFL home loan service and transferred my loan in the other bank and i pad Extras amount and submitter the check in the branch

(My outstanding is showing in your IIFL Application amount 34.79, 256.00 but IIFL home loan Employee (Lady) is saying to pay thirty-five lakh and forty thousand extras. i had kept my amount to for my children education but she had demanded and taken to much amount from my side, so much wrong things they are doing with normal people totally fed up with IIFL home loan service

when I told to closed this account, so they have taken 35 lakh 50 thousand extra from me

Please have look in this how company doing fraud and cheat with people

I took a home loan from IIFL, as per sanction letter I have given a specified amount, but when the loan amount disbursed, the amount was less than the sanction letter.
Also company has changed the amount in sanction letter without prior information.
I had legitimate proof of that.
Also company employee told us that the company have applied for PMAY yojana on our home loan, but when I checked there were no any application submitted under PMAY on our loan.
This company is fraud & fooling customers, even after complaining them a no. of times they did not given any resolution to my query.
I have complained their GRO, NO officer even they are ignoring my issue . Pathetic behaviour and work culture on IIFL behalf.

My interest rate was increased from 8.10% to 9.25% within 4 years, due to which the tenure got increased from 180 months to 199 months. When I asked their support desk to reduce the interest rate or else I will move to another bank they accepted and offered me 8% and asked me to pay a processing fee of Rs. 4130.
Till this time the rate of interest was 9.25% with 199 months tenure, the moment I paid the amount the very next day I got...

I got home loan from IIFL in Nov2017. Now I'm going to close my Loan account. But they charged multiple amounts which they already deducted from my account. Also on Force closure form they define a date (25March2021) for not charging n any of interest amount. But at the time of closing they charged 20072 Rs.. Also they had already deducted Bounce charges from my account at the time of EMI bouncing. But Now again(when I'm going to close my account here) they are charging all this amount. I am very frustrated now. Please do the needful.

I have requested foreclosure letter for my home loan account ID Is IL10042552, request ID #[protected] dated 20.09.2021 and still I am waiting for it. Every time when I call the customer care, they don't have information about the letter and asked me to wait for 24hrs and committed every time that I will get the letter on mail. I have also apply the same from the office customer care but still not getting any update from their side.

Their customer care will not connect. they will say athat they will call back in 24 hrs. sometimes things are urgent and cant wait for 24 hours. even after promising, they will not call back, they may call back in 6 days.

secondly, they have closed their gurugram branch and for most of the things, they have asked me to visit moti nagar branch

on reaching the branch, i found that there is only one person sitting in a small room to handle all home loan customers. that person refused to tell his name and designation to my surprise. then he asked me some documents which was not told to me to carry, by the customer care. and it wasted my time...

the location given on their website is also not correct. if you go by google maps, you will not find it.

in nutshell, every step there is a harassment and time waste with this company. i met many home loan customers waiting in the queue in thier office, and none of them was happy.

finally, i closed my loan account my taking loan from smwhere else to get rid of all this bullsugar.

I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that i had taken home loan from iifl home loans, indore (Mp) with influence of there two coordinator mr. Atul & mr. Pratik on my property located in indore for plot+construction amount 75 lack at roi 9 % but before 2 days ago on my registee date when they disbursed my cheque they charge 11.15% on loan amount... After that incident i go to there branch 2-3 time and request them to reduce but they denied for same. Till time my roi is 11.15% from past 6 months... Now without my knowledge they increase my full installment and reduce loan tenure and after requesting to them before week ago they not reduce emi and roi... There employees misguide me continuously and also at time of loan they told me no fourthclosure charge in our bank... But when i told them to close it they ask extra amount of apx 50k as interest.
I always paid my emi on time, without any delay.. But this people misguide me.
I humble request to you kindly solve my concen on prior basis... Another i filed complain against this employee as well as against iifl home loans...
Because i am job class person and due to misguide by iifl and his employees i am in mental stress and my financial planning got distrib.
I mark indore police and consumer forum in knowledge regarding my issue and accept positive response.

My name is harsh vardhan jamuar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 777634 which is currently running.

I don't want to address this issue to the above e-mail addresses but approaching to you because of irresponsible behavior and the services are very bad to continue with the iifl.

I want to escalate this issue to you as i have mailed several time iifl continuously since 6th nov 2017 at [protected]@iihfl.com...

Hello sir,
Myself vikas parihariya. i have applied home loan in iifl, now am regretting for the same. After 60 days of time still not able to receive the loan.

16 june they confirmed for registration and they have made me wait for 4 hours in sub registered office and they failed to provide dd and executive response is very poor.

Due to false promise, loss of pay (2k) for me from my organization. Will it bare by iifl.

I will not recommended iifl to my friends and family members in future.

Kindly take necessary action bare...
