[Resolved]  Iifl Home Loan — regarding not providing foreclosure letter

My name is harsh vardhan jamuar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 777634 which is currently running.

I don't want to address this issue to the above e-mail addresses but approaching to you because of irresponsible behavior and the services are very bad to continue with the iifl.

I want to escalate this issue to you as i have mailed several time iifl continuously since 6th nov 2017 at [protected]@iihfl.com and every time they are sending auto generated mail that within 48hrs their representative will revert back but no one is going to revert me about my outstanding amount due for my home loan closure. As of now i have not received any information related to foreclosure letter.

They promised me to provide me the letter in 48 hrs time and i have been following up with them and mailing them every 3 days and today your representative they are saying that foreclosure team is not responding to their queries also they promised me for call back which i do not received yet.

I am very frustrated and i would like to take this matter higher and want a strict action on the people associated with this matter. Also i would like to let you know that due to their irresponsible manner i will be charged rupees by my next bank and if i do not get the letter soon this amount will have to be borne by iifl.

I will also not pay the next emi in the month of december. Please get me the letter asap.

One more thing the company website also not having the higher level officer's email id. The customer can only send mail regarding fore closure letter and the toll free no they have mention is also not at all responsive.
Kindly help me out
