Hello Sir/Madam

My self Is Raghu, I have gold Loan account in IIFL: GL16295582 in Devasandra Branch, KR Puram, Bangalore 560036. Due medical criticalities I couldn't pay the interest and also I lost two members in families due to Covid. I received a call from IIFL branch on 5th of July 2021, saying that I need to pay the interest amount around 22500 Rs. They said, we will hold auction if I pay min 5K rs. I paid her WhatsApp member per the agreement. But the suddenly called back and saying that your gold is auctioned in last week. She said help less to take gold bank. IIFL has done my Gold auction without intimating me. also not given any information about the auctioned amount. But I have still received the message to my registered mobile on 6th July from I need to pay the interest. When I checked in the IIFL mobile my gold loan, My Gold still is existing.
But I have I received a call from Bank manager IIFL branch only after auctioned. telling that your gold is auctioned and saying that they helpless to the gold back even if ready to pay back. the Gold is my mother sentiment. I need my gold back, could you please help on this.
