I took a loan from IIFL HOUSING FINANCE of 10 Lac. The manager himself increase the amount to 10, 34, 961/- from which he did the insurance of Rs 34961/- which was not communicated to me.
When I visited him threatening me to stop next installment of loan. Using abusive language.
My concern is for cancellation of my insurance as i already have.

    Yesterday, I did trading in derivatives, I am shocked to cede brokerage on
    Rs 5200/-, it seems you have charged Rs 2/- and Rs 4/- on each/single derivatives

    Rs 2/- on Banknifty ( purchase 750/Sell 750) Rs 3000
    Rs 4/- on Nifty (purchase 275/sell 275) Rs 2200/-
    Total Rs 5200/-
    Kindly let me know why so high
    I have one more account in name of my wife, its been charged Rs 20/-

        Dear Sir,

        I have requested for foreclosure letter for my home loan account # IL10011777 dated 26rd July 2021 and still I am waiting for it.

        Every time when I call customer care, they don't have information about the letter and asked me to wait for 2-4 days and committed every time that I will get the letter in mail.

        Today is 02th September 2021 and still waiting for the letter.

            Sir, my name is siddhartha Tripathi and am having a home loan i want to switch my home loan to another due to low interest rate and I raised a request for the Foreclosure letter on 07.07.21 but they have not provided to me after 24 days whether your policy is to provide the same within 15 working days. Due to medical problem and pandemic I am not able to pay additional interest money of July month. Why are you delaying in providing the Foreclosure letter?

                    I have charged/paid 9.5 interest rate instead of 8.25 from 2017 to June 2021? i called/requeted iifl customer care during covid situation(Mar 2020) at that time interest rate is 8.25 and 8.5 those who are taken loans along with me. As per the RBI slab rates and IIFL slab rates 8.25 or 8.5, for this almost "I lost 1 Lakh"which I have spent for unethical/unfair trade practices in IIFL Home Loan. who is responsible and where can i get loss amount against my loan("My Loan no is 802845)? even other banks offered 6 and 6.5 interest rate for homeloans during covid time.
                    2. I have taken loan for executive force and I have a very clean payment record till date, why my loan not considered any waiver and you people stole the money from me already from 2017(almost im paying double to taken amount).

                            I was sent a mail last week but the IIFL team is not responding and every time they are creating a new ticket .so please close my account.
