Dear Sir,

I have requested for foreclosure letter for my home loan account # IL10011777 dated 26rd July 2021 and still I am waiting for it.

Every time when I call customer care, they don't have information about the letter and asked me to wait for 2-4 days and committed every time that I will get the letter in mail.

Today is 02th September 2021 and still waiting for the letter.

      Sir, my name is siddhartha Tripathi and am having a home loan i want to switch my home loan to another due to low interest rate and I raised a request for the Foreclosure letter on 07.07.21 but they have not provided to me after 24 days whether your policy is to provide the same within 15 working days. Due to medical problem and pandemic I am not able to pay additional interest money of July month. Why are you delaying in providing the Foreclosure letter?

        I have open demat account in iifl TILAR812 .i am trying to trade account did not accepet password.i have opt forgot password i did not reccieve sms.after that i tried customer care number whatsup chatboot and mail also.very poor services so i rewuest to you kindly close my account and refund my money.

              I have charged/paid 9.5 interest rate instead of 8.25 from 2017 to June 2021? i called/requeted iifl customer care during covid situation(Mar 2020) at that time interest rate is 8.25 and 8.5 those who are taken loans along with me. As per the RBI slab rates and IIFL slab rates 8.25 or 8.5, for this almost "I lost 1 Lakh"which I have spent for unethical/unfair trade practices in IIFL Home Loan. who is responsible and where can i get loss amount against my loan("My Loan no is 802845)? even other banks offered 6 and 6.5 interest rate for homeloans during covid time.
              2. I have taken loan for executive force and I have a very clean payment record till date, why my loan not considered any waiver and you people stole the money from me already from 2017(almost im paying double to taken amount).

                      I was sent a mail last week but the IIFL team is not responding and every time they are creating a new ticket .so please close my account.

                                  My DMat and Trading Accounts have been transferred to IIFL from KARVY STOCK BROKING LIMITED. As desired by IIFL I submitted them POA with Rs.20/- stamp paper duly signed by me on 31.5.21 which stands delivered to IIFL on 5.6.21 and my Trading Account with IIFL by as been activated. But to my surprise, I m not able to see or watch my holdings transferred from KARVY STOCK BROKING LIMITED to IIFL in my trading account. I have repeatedly talked to customer cell of IIFL and sent emails to them to enable me watch my holdings, but despite my having sent them photos of POA nothing has been done by IIFL, so far. Kindly help me by instructing IIFL to enable my trad and DMat account to see my holdings therein.

                                  U have tried to get solution to my problem from ASK IIFL but everytime watched evasive and dodging replies and what to talk of your chatbox and Whatsapp chat, which is completely useless and time wasting to solve my problem.
                                  My request is to guide me as to how I can reach and watch my holdings transferred from Karvy Stock Broking Limited to IIFL at the earliest.

                                  IIFL Securities have done nothing to solve my problem. Rather IIFL has asked me to take up the matter with NSE or BSE, who can help me to enable me to watch my Securities in my DMAT ACCOUNT with IIFL. It is really strange. I have also written to NSE in this refard but they never reply to any queries or complaint. Very sad state of affairs to get redressal to our problems.

                                    Dear Customer, We have received payment of INR 3540.00 against your Loan No IL10143469 on 21/05/2021 2:59:49 PM.It has been credited to loan account -IIFL - IIFLFL

                                    For home loan but neither any official communication has been given about not sanctioning of home loan nor about paid has been refunded to us.

                                    This is unethical actions of the company....
