Iifl-Insurance Thane — insurance reward

Dear team,

I have taken bharti-axa insurance via your company (Vis mr jayesh-thane branch). My insurance policy number is 501-6398xxx in nov 2017. I was promised to get 10% cash back and also it was confirmed on the sms, but nothing has been reimbursed till now. My policy is on 1 month extension period. Please help. If the cash back is not provided, i will not be able to deposit the due premium.
