I have purchased few battery operated led lights and one sensor cabinet light from IKEA. It was online order. After delivery I realized that the sensor light is not working properly. So I Calle and informed them. They said they will check with backend team and let me know which never happened. Then I emailed them. They never replied.

Immediately after raising the complaint here, I got a message from ikea that your replacement product is shipped. I received the replacement in 2 days and they picked up the faulted product. Thank you
