I have on paper guarantee from IKEA hyderabad for my kitchen installation done in 2020 August.After only one year a whole shelf has cracked and despite being in guarantee period they have not replaced as promised even when we have been following up since one month!!
What kind of after sales service and guarantee is this?I want my replacement asap! Was this information helpful? |
