I have on paper guarantee from IKEA hyderabad for my kitchen installation done in 2020 August.After only one year a whole shelf has cracked and despite being in guarantee period they have not replaced as promised even when we have been following up since one month!!
What kind of after sales service and guarantee is this?I want my replacement asap!...

Ikea is not responding for the faulted product I have received. And I have been following up with them since a month.

I have purchased few battery operated led lights and one sensor cabinet light from IKEA. It was online order. After delivery I realized that the sensor light is not working properly. So I Calle and informed them. They said they will check with backend team and let me know which never happened. Then I emailed them. They never replied.
