Iky Technosoft Pvt.ltd — Fraud company they don't give salary | |||||
Iky technosoft is the project based company .they are coming in my college campus selection process to hiring me and my joining on 27 sep 2015 this time i see a company is like a small medicine shop but i thought that is a project based company so may be possible?there after i was joining who was saying to me 20, 000/ thousands is a bond amount for security purpose after one year is refundable then i was paid 20, 000/ thousands for security purpose .there after i was going bihar purpose on project.i was working on 45 days after i asking my salary who was saying to me your salary slip created after 45 days after that giving your salary but i saying to that my 45 days already completed but ippan yadav saying me according a company rules your 45 days not completed .my basic salary was 10, 000/month but i was involve in project so salary is increment 11, 500/month so salary slip created after three months this time project was completed and i calling company managing director ippankumar yadav and amar yadav who will directly saying you may go your home there after payment of project this time i will inform to you by phone or mail but my home town is in kolkata so it is not possible for me to come everyday office after two months i come in jaipur in my office this time he was giving a cheque (issue date after 10 days ), my cheque amount is rs -24, 662/ and my basic salary create - 30, 000/ for three months so thought i staying in hotel there after clear my payment and i was joining but after 10 days i was submit my cheque in bank after 1 day interval my cheque is bounce this news is scared me very much because my bank balance and pocket was empty . i think that i am the first graduate facing this type of problem ... company details:- director:- Ippan kumar yadav (din number[protected] Amar yadav (din number[protected] Registered on28.10.2014 registered address:- 237, bharat marg, surya nagar, gopalpura bypass, jaipur 302018 LLPIN NO- U72900RJ2014PTC046450 Was this information helpful? | |||||

The complaining candidates are Bengali they not even understand the language hindi aur english as they are saying this is a service provider company the payments issues are there because they are dependent on the another organization they are providing services to company has the term and conditions to fill the documentation bond aur money bond as the candidate choice but these students facing backs in there degree so at the time of joining they fold there hands and promise company management to work there best but they are lack of attendance and working too after company fired them they gave the call to director sir and use abusing language so company hold all there all payment please don't listen person like them ...
