myself AYUB KHAN i had worked as abrand promoter in samsung global in mobile handsets division under the pay roll of IKYA ( a unit of quess corp) during the period of december of december 2017 to january 2019 till now iam not suppose to receive my relieving letter please help me to solve this issue i have enclose my details for your reference

Mysel[censored]ttam kumar employed with bajaj finserv ltd (Bajaj finance ltd). Ikya did not give me relieving letter and i have mail too many time 03 oct 2019 to[protected] on ikya [protected]@coachieveindia.com, [protected]@quesscorp.com, [protected]@ikyaglobal.com but not any response by ikya so i am not update exit date in my pf account and not withdraw epf amount.
So please solve the problem.

I am chasing to get my relieving letter but there is no contact point in ikya. Guys who were responsible for this mr. Chinmoy is never responded. No contact details. There is no mail and the call responded ever. I have never seen this worst kind of service which provide by the ikya. Very unprofessional behavior. I have visited the new delhi office to meet mr. Chinmoy but he did not come to meet even waiting for 4 hours.

When i joining this company through ikya i submit all bank details and i also get my sallery in my bank account also before 1 month i submit my bank details in my epfo portal for my claim.. But still now i did not prosess my claim. When i click then show that please update ur latest bank account no. And valid ifsc details through ur employer/unified portal.
Sir, please solve my problem as early as possible. Also i put my bank details.

This is sowniya. This is my second compliants regarding my eod not yet updated. Im was working with vodafone telecom indust under ikya human capital solutions at chennai. I resigned my job on 16th of jul'19. I need to apply my pf amount but eod not updated. Last 4th of oct i came and meet mr bharathi (Ikya pf incharge chennai) he told me the date is update on today evening itself (4th oct) but still no updating. I mailed so many times he not at all replied. Almost 12days gone. What is the issues. I cant able to travel from my native its too long (Krishnagiri). I need reason and solution. If there is any issues y not informed me. Why he committed 4th oct. I want to know why it takes this much long time and reason.
