I hired synapse india to create a website for me. I used one of these freelance / outsourcing websites to find them. The project was not cheap - several thousand dollars. There were many issues with this company. There were massive delays completing milestones. They also did not do anything according to the specification document. The entire site was buggy and not functioning at all. Every time i asked them to see the completion of the milestones, they pointed to computer code that i couldn't understand (I am not a programmer) and forced me to continue paying assuring me that the site would be ready. After months of this, i finally decided to quit and they didn't return any of my money. I also did not have a functioning website. I spoke to everyone at the company including the ceo to no avail. I wanted to build out a website for cheap and the price this indian outsourcer looked so good that i fell for it. There is a reason why the services offered is so cheap versus u. S. Developers. This was the worst experience of my life and will never work with this company again, and i hope by writing this review, others will not fall into the same trap.

This is the worst company i have ever seen in my life. I have worked over there for 3.6 years with proper resignation process and submitting my notice period i have resigned from this company but they didn't give my experience letter and relieving letter. When i asked them why you are not providing me my experience documents then the HR team said either you have to share us complete details of the company where you are going to join or we will not give you the letter. When i told HR team that i am not joining any company and getting married so not planning for new job then HR team totally refused to give my document and the reason was " Ghar pe rahoge toh letter ki kya jarurat hai" now after 2 years i am asking them to give my document because i have to join a company and again they are creating problem by asking complete details about the company where i am going to join and other details. Not a single time they agreed to give my documents. this type of harassment they are doing with a girl who worked for 3.6 years in their company so imagine what the hell they do with boys.. Please dont join this company and save your future.

Hi, I had recently joined this company and resigned before completion of probation period, after knowing that there is no future here. I am not serving the notice period too but there is a bond of 3 lakhs of 2 yrs. I would like to know whether I need to pay this bond amount even after resigning in probation period?...

There is a company name is Synapse India Pvt. Ltd. do the mental harassment of their employees. Company CEO Shamit Khemka and director Kapil Gupta himself involved in the activity. They have placed some persons in the company to support them for example Paritosh Agarwal and Sharvan Kumar. The company don't releases their employee, they force employees for a illegal bond etc.

The company's owner �Shamit Khemka� exploits company employees by hiring them on a yearly contract and then threatening them by registering fake police complaints if employees feel to leave the job.
