My name is neena a. d. my complaint is, related to recovery amount. I actually worked in bussan auto finance as a finance coordinator, kochi. i was the employ of ikya human capital solutions pvt.ltd. it just like a third party employment. now i resigned from bussan.. i given proper resignation letter. i got a notice. that i want to pay for ikya around 3000rupees as a recovery amount. why should i pay this amount. i want to know. its a third party job.
