ILD Spire Greens, Sector 37c Gurgaon — super area increase and huge cost escalation by builder

We booked apartment in ild spire greens sec 37c gurgaon in year 2010 and since then the possession is happening now for about 30% of the total project, just 2 towers out of 7 towers.

Now the builder has superficially increased the super area without increase in actual area of the apartment. The cost shot up by approximately 12 lacs, which is difficult to pay.
