[Resolved]  Ild Spire Greens; Investors Clinic — Surrendering our flat in Tower 7

Hi All, I am one of the unfortunate one who has invested in ILD Spire Green 37C in 2011. I booked a 2 BHK in Tower 7 and have paid the first 20%. We are basically from Mumbai and have now moved back from Delhi to Mumbai and have been desperately trying to sell this property from the last 8 months with no success. We have even contacted them with another option of 'SURRENDERING' our flat. They first communicated that this can be done, but there would be a % cut, we were fine with that as well. But so far, all our calls and emails go unanswered. As we are in Mumbai and quiet helpless, I need your assistance for the same. They first said that we would need NOC from Investors Clinic, Investors Clinic also asked for 25000 for the NOC. We are actually been running between both these companies with no actual help. Please advise the way forward Best Regards
