Illegal Hawkers — PMC not interested in solving any problems

I have an office in Bibewadi-kondhwa road, Pune . Hawkers enter into our premises and harrasing us. People have taken several steps by making a complaint to the PMC(encroachment) but they have never taken steps to remove them from the road. They dont allow us to park our own vehicle in in front of our own shop. Or even if we park our vehicles, they park thier vehicles behind ours so that we are not able to remove it. I have personally fought with them. I have also went to the police station and police refused to take the complaint. The hawkers told me that they would kill me if i again get into a fight with them. The PMC is totally corrupt and people like us cannot rely on them to solve our problem. The hawkers told me that they are friends with the corporator and hence we cannot do anything to remove them and not even the police will support due to thier political contacts.
