I have a problem in my blue tooth headset (One side ear is not working) which is purchased last june. I have already raised ticket in the url (https://imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com/support) but no response from that (Ticket number : #954295) and i have contacted customer care also but no luck... Call is not forwarding to service desk.
Kindly help to resolve this asap since this is my favorite brand but service wise i am really disappointed.
