[Resolved]  Imagine Marketing Private Limited — No updates on Boat airdopes 402 replacement

I logged complaint to boat team as i was facing problem with my airdopes and complain was registered, number is 1497134. My shipment carrying boat airdopes 402 was picked up from my address on 08 September 2020. It was received at boat service station on 21 September 2020. On 30 September 2020 my replaced product was dispatched. I am continuously asking for my boat airdopes 402 for so many days now. I tried calling boat customer care but couldn't get any information. Could you update the status with courier details so that on my level i can track for same. Please help me out i want my product as soon as possible.
