I have purchased a headphone from official boat website which cost 1799 . It deducted the amount and now its showing no products purchased I want a refund of 1799 rs . Its been 6 days but money has not been refunded

Received Damaged product, take back product and give refund
I purchased a Boat Product (Order No: 2327405)
It's a damaged product, the screen of the product is non-responsive to touch.
I have asked for a replacement, and they have sent a replacement, and it got delivered on 13/07/2022.
Now the replacement product they have sent is also damaged, again the touch is not working properly.
When I informed them about the same, they are asking me to go to the service center.
Is it even making any sense?
I buy the product, they sent a damaged product and asked me to go to a service center (by spending my own time and money to travel) and get is repaired.
When I told them, I will not go to any service center to get it repaired, and as both the times I have received a damaged product, I have lost my trust in their products, I asked them to take back their product and give me money back.
Now they are saying they will not refund my money. The only replacement they will provide.
Just take back your product and give me my money back.

Boat airdopes 121v2 black colour
We had registered a complaint on the malfunctioning of our Boat Airdopes 121v2 black (one side wasn't charging) and had used our 1 year warranty to claim for a replacement on 7th of June 2022. One of your customer service employees from Xpressbees courier had come to collect the faulted piece for a replacement on 9th of June 2022. We received a mail and a whatsapp text stating that the piece will be replaced by 13 th of June 2022. We usually get the information about deliverer and the phone number of the deliverer before the delivery. We had already successfully replaced a boat rockers Neckband last week. But this time on registering the complain through the same phone number we never had any intimation regarding the deliverer. Only the date of delivery was mentioned. We got a message saying that our airdopes 121v2 black has been delivered. We haven't received our new piece of airdopes 121v2 black yet. But the mail and the WhatsApp message says that it has been delivered to our registered address which we've rechecked is the right address. We even called the service number provided to us through the message. We haven't received any response to the call made.Kindly look into our issue and consider it so that we get our product as soon as possible .

I request you to return my bluetooth and take such bluetooth back .

PATHETIC SERVICE anything you order through shiprocket will not be delivered.I placed an order on boAt While I was confirming my order, it was mentioned that I will receive the package within 3-5 working days. Even after writing a mail to imagine marketing I did not receive my order and they would respond stating
"Your shipment was tried to deliver thrice but failed. The shipment will now be returned to origin."
NOTE: also can't track the product on the app after making the payment.

My earphones boat rockerz 335 was not working thats why you replace them with boat rockerz 385 v2.

They picked up my product after that there is no updation

Im purchase a boat airdopes 402 on may 2021 after 1 week its had an working issue and i returned it.I got an new airdopes but the charging case was an old one.Again i registered a complaint and in june 9 the delivery team picked up my product and its reached on 11 of june in padagha.After 23 june the ticket status shows "the complaint closed" even i dont receive my product.im calling on your service for 18 times and that fake advisors always telling 1 week 1 week.Its been 3 months that your call centre ### fooling me .Its enough for me.if your team dont have an actual resolving system for my complaint just give the money back for i paid for that product.I dont know you will respond for this mail.Next option is only a complaint towards boat i recorder all the 18 calls.I will file a case against you guys.Please take an immediate action.I will attach the proof.

I have generated a replacement warrenty on boat's imagine marketing by ticket no 3052557. which they allotted xpressbees as pickup for item ., AWB:[protected] The parcel was picked up by 12th Augst by the agent & i even have the receipt... But the shipment status is rpcancel... As they say imagine marketing has cancelled the item... How's this possible... That's not the way to treat the customers...
I just bought that product 1 month ago... and they just lost my product... I want full concession for that product...
Product name is boat 255 pro plus Black colour... Please resolve this issue..

On 21/06/2021 I got two texts from Shiprocket that the product will be delivered today and no delivery executive number was provided so that I could calibrate with the timings(Image2). The Delhivery delivery executive, Rajat, gives 3 consecutive calls at 8:30 PM (unofficial hours)[Image3]. I was not able to pick up the call, and I called back to confirm when he told me my order had returned, with no confirmation when it would be redelivered. The order was initiated for cancellation without my will and knowledge. I gave him a call the next day and no response was given.
On 22/06/2021 I got a call from Boat Customer Care asking me about the reason why I cancelled to which I assure them I haven't cancelled it by myself. They then promise to deliver the product by the next day that is 23/06/2021.
I get a call from Siddiqui, another delivery executive who was assigned to deliver my product, and asks me to talk to Anil, another delivery executive, who he claimed to be my area shipment manager. I call Anil to track my order and then he assures me that the product will be delivered by 23/06/2021. On asking how I got a cancellation text, he says the delivery person did that by mistake. Anil further assures that I will receive my parcel the same day.
On 23/06/2021, No information regarding the upcoming of the product, I called Rajat, delivery man when he asked me to talk to the manager and the manager refused to talk. On calling Siddiqui back, as he was formally assigned for the job, he claims the product got cancelled automatically again, and further asks to call the manager for the information. I called Customer Care where it kept me waiting for 15 minutes with no response. I call back Rajat to talk to the manager where he again asks me about the product details and then claims that they do not know the whereabouts of the products. They ask me to do whatever I wish to get the product and it's not their job to maintain a record of where the parcel went. They both admitted that the parcel got accidentally cancelled by the delivery man. On 23/06/2021 I get a call back from Boat which asks me about the issue and promises to resolve it as soon as possible and assured it will be delivered on 24/06 or 25/06. All claims made here can be proved with Audio evidences(Call Recordings) if deemed necessary.
When all this kept happening I was trying to connect to Boat Official which kept insuring me of assistance but no assistance was provided in any manner.(Image 4)(Image 5)
On tracking the order by given Id 471525, it shows the order has already returned and neither I've received any prior information regarding that nor about the amount that I have paid already (Image 6, 7, 8).
The product was of high importance to me and only if it was assured that Boat can't deliver it on time, I would have purchased it elsewhere. I've been waiting and requesting all their staff to kindly provide me proper information if not the product.
Misplacement and mishandling of it has severely affected my professional and personal work and I need compensation regarding the time and effort I had to make because of highly unprofessional staff working for the Boat Company.

Product Replacement

I have purchased a boat airpodes 121v2 from amazon 6/11/2020. But after some use one side airpode was not working and my product is on warranty period, so i registered a complain and they respond me and picked my product on 17th May - 2021 from my home address. On 24th May 2021 they update me "Product has been inwarded at our service hub and is in testing phase now. It usually takes 2 business days to complete". Now from that day i haven't got any update from their side. I called so many times and they false committed me that your product will be dispatched within 2 days and bla bla. I also contacted amazon and they told me to send a mail with your invoice to their trail mails. I did so but still there is no response from their side. I am so much frustrate and don't know what to do. So please help me to take out from this situation.

Cash is debited but order failed
I tried to buy boat aavante soundbar 2000 from boat website on 14/04/2021. i used zestmoney to purchase item. when the last checkout page i entered otp for transaction the popup says order failed, but the cash is gone from my zest money account. i contacted them via email. but they are not responding

Hi,
I have purchased 'Boat Rockerz 255 Pro Raging red' ear phone from website https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ with Order ID 183953. Due to performance issues of ear phone, I have requested for return. It got picked up successfully on 23 February 2021.
As per their mail, refund to credited to my account next 7 days. now it is more than one month still not credited to my account. Iam calling customer care almost every day, they are not giving positive response and telling me to wait.
Now I do not have any patience to follow up customer care, could you please help me getting refund amount.

I have purchased Boat Rugged V3 Extra tough unbreakable Braided Micro USB Cable 1.5 MTR (Black) from Amazon on May 09 2020. This USB cable not working within 10 months. I trusted boat products all good one but this product not worked I really upset. I believe this is 2 years Warranty product. I requested kindly replace this product as soon as possible. Received replace earphones
I found some issues with my earrphones Boat Bass Headsets Frosty White 220 so I sent it for the replacement . And today ( 15th December 2020 ) I received the earrphones with a cover showing Boat Bass Headsets Frosty White 220 but inside I found Boat Bass Headsets Blue 225 which is totally replaced with my product that I paid for. It's disappointing. I want my Boat Bass Headsets Frosty White 220 back.
