We had registered a complaint on the malfunctioning of our Boat Airdopes 121v2 black (one side wasn't charging) and had used our 1 year warranty to claim for a replacement on 7th of June 2022. One of your customer service employees from Xpressbees courier had come to collect the faulted piece for a replacement on 9th of June 2022. We received a mail and a whatsapp text stating that the piece will be replaced by 13 th of June 2022. We usually get the information about deliverer and the phone number of the deliverer before the delivery. We had already successfully replaced a boat rockers Neckband last week. But this time on registering the complain through the same phone number we never had any intimation regarding the deliverer. Only the date of delivery was mentioned. We got a message saying that our airdopes 121v2 black has been delivered. We haven't received our new piece of airdopes 121v2 black yet. But the mail and the WhatsApp message says that it has been delivered to our registered address which we've rechecked is the right address. We even called the service number provided to us through the message. We haven't received any response to the call made.Kindly look into our issue and consider it so that we get our product as soon as possible .
