I had registered a complaint regarding the ear phones not working with the support team, on 13th nov. The complaint was registered and my earphones were picked up. On 24th nov i was told that the device has been examined and found out to be faulty. As per the website new device was issued on 27th nov. Since then its been 15 days i have not received any communication from the company, the company website is down and when i called the customer care they are saying that the device will be shipped soon for the last 10 days.
This has caused a lot of trouble to me..
