Such a third class customer service you are providing. You never respond on mails. Your customer care number is also not connecting.
I got defective boat earphone, therefore i made complaint about this in april 2020 as my product is under warranty. Reverse pickup done on 14 may 20 for this product, but still the time they haven't provided me the replacement product. I am waiting for replacement delivery. Since last 4 months.
