I claimed a warranty on the boat servicing website. They took my product on 24 august and they dispatched the replacement on 7 September. You can see the whole timeline through the attached pic with the name " timeline ". My replaced order was supposed to reach me on 11 - sept-2020. But the status is showing that it has been delivered.

I am very disappointed as their customer service team never transfers the call to their executive team. Is this the way a company should treat their regular customers?
