Sir i bought boat rugby bluetooth speaker (Blue) on 27 february 2019 under one year warranty. After 4 months it stopped working due to power button issue. So i registered a complaint to replace it. Product has been picked up on 22 july and it was reached at service centre on 26 july. But i didn't get any response regarding replacement of my product. It has been 25 days already whereas maximum limit is 15 days. So please help me.
