This is regarding my Replacement Unit Waybill number[protected]. Ticket umber- 1127103. The faulty item was picked up on 3rd June, 2020. As per mail I was suppose to receive the replacement unit within 12-15 days but it's almost 2 months that I have no update on my item. Did not get any reply to my mail sent regarding this as well. Customer care number is also not reachable.
Kindly address my issue and rever as soon as possible.
