Imarticus Learning — Refund of registrations fees

I raveena took admission in 27th of august the admission counsellor miss priyanka said that from 28th of august new batch will start but she lies to me because batch is already started from 2 weeks ago .i want my registration fees refund .If imarticus learning is genuine institute then they should refund the fees if student is not intersted to continue with
