Imarticus Learning — Regarding refund of the amount

I have gone imarticus learning lucknow branch, , there employee have told me the offer of 1.6 lakh discounted fees of data analytics course. and told me that only upto 31 oct this offer is valid and thereby it is of 2.2 lakhs.
i said no to take admission because of fees issue.
later on, on whatsapp one employee have told me that please do trust on me and give 5000 rs. i will book the slot for u on 31 oct.. and i[censored] dont want to join later on i will give ur money back..
then after she is refusing to pay my amount sayig that is has been registered and not refundable..
saying a registration of 10000rs hasbeen done in ur name RISHABH SRIVASTAVA.
they are not providing the amount back..

ur lucknow branch employee had told me to get trust on me and give 5000rs. later on after 2 days, i[censored] not take admission, the money i wil refund you on my behalf..
now she is not returning my money..
please return my amount back and why she has told me lie to return back my money and taken only 5000 rs instead of 10000rs. for booking the slot on behalf of 31 oct offer..
please look after this situation sir..
and please arrange my money and return back please...
