Impact Solutions — non payment for work completion

Dear sir/mam,
I have invested 4000 rs.in impact solution for doing work,
After completion of work they refuse to give payment as well as investment money,
I have only one problem that is i want my investment money which i invested that is 4000rs,
Payment for contract is secondary,
But they refuse to pay contract payment+investment money,
It means they cheats people by investing their money and by non payment of contract money
Please help me to collect my money.
