I have invested 4000 rs.in impact solution for doing work,
After completion of work they refuse to give payment as well as investment money,
I have only one problem that is i want my investment money which i invested that is 4000rs,
Payment for contract is secondary,
But they refuse to pay contract payment+investment money,

I am bhuj kutch gujarat having credit card with hdfc bank, on 25th may 2014, i received a call fraom lady saying speaking from hdfc credit card department, offering me you are selected from our specific customers and will get some gift articles at free of cost.
Followed by this call, another call required credit card details including my dob.
I follwed the instruction on call.

Then, rs. 21998...

I have received calls from following numbers projecting themselves as AXIS BANK PROMOTIONAL DEPARTMENT and stolen Rs.28, 997/- from my credit card. After several days of fighting and calls, I managed to get the money back. Please requesting your help on this to investigate further and help me get justice for all the hurdles I came across during this tenure. Kindly help to find the culprits in order to stop them from cheating others also....

I got a call from Impact solutions l(IMPACT SOLUTIONS GHAZIABAD IN ), Initially they said its a verification call for your HDFC bank Credit card, they collected the details form me and they said they will provide some coupons and I will get a discount for that coupon.

Finally they deducted 10,999 from my card.

is there any way to get refund....

I hasmukh vaghela having credit card. i received call for shopping and so i give my credit card details but at last they want to debit my a/c with 10999/- and earlier they say only 2999/- so i refuse to make order.
but they make order and debit my account with 10999/-.
please help me on this matter.
