[Resolved]  In Cablenet — Channels not working

Dear Sir/Mam, I am using IncableNet service provider cable from last 1 year. But from past 15 days our cable is not working. I am getting error message that “contact your cable operator”. After contacting the cable operator he said that he too is unaware how to solve the problem. He told me to raise a complaint with the customer care which I did but still issue is not resolved. The same problem is being face by customer who use his cable service in our society. The cable operator doesn’t receive my call and try to avoid me. Please solve this problem at the earliest.
