However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I am using IncableNet service provider cable from last 1 year. But from past 15 days our cable is not working. I am getting error message that “contact your cable operator”. I have not been able to watch any TV since two weeks now. InCable people disconnected it saying they need some additional KYC. It has been over a week now and I have made several calls to these guys and noone is bothering to collect the documents. The reason? Simple - Its a society contract and already been paid for. So why bother? This ideology makes them lethargic to other complaints of bad signals etc.
